Position Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4pm - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pm

Role outline:

  • Taking menu choices from residents for the chefs
  • Serving meals and beverages to residents’ rooms and public areas in a pleasant manner
  • Delivering and collecting meals and setting up of the dining room

  • Advising care staff concerning any changes in residents’ dietary habits
  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4pm – 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm (hours are flexible, job share considered)

Position Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 36 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays

  • An experienced Team Leader with strong care skills and a proven track record in supervision to lead and motivate our team of carers

  • You must also demonstrate initiative and strong leadership

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required
  • Duties include assisting the nurse-in-charge with the management of the shift, supervising the junior carers and senior care staff to ensure care is delivered to a high standard, assist the nurse with minor dressings, and changing of catheter bags, auditing residents’ weight and blood pressures and report any changes to the nurse in charge.
